Choosing the correct shock absorber? Motorsport question
I have a Peugeot 106 Rallye 1,3 for tarmac rally sprints in Denmark, and I need to replace my current rear shock absorbers. The car weighs around 800kg and have a 23mm torsion at rear, but I am unsure which dampers to choose.
The current setup is 23mm torsion and Bilstein Group A Tarmac Rear Damper (Bilstein B46-2220-T1) with a dampingrate 460/250n.
I am unsure if I should choose the Bilstein Group N (Bilstein B46-1276) with a dampingrate of 290/180 or the Bilstein Group A with 460/250? The price of Gr N is around 160£ and Group A dampers is around 280£
Which dampers would you guys recommend, and is group a dampers worth the price difference?https://solitaire.onl/ 9apps.ooo/ https://bluestacks.vip/Last edited by Babu; 28th March 2019 at 19:19.
